What is sea buckthorn?
Sea buckthorn is a rare type of fruit, native only to Asia and Europe. Many cultures use its leaves, flowers, and fruits in many products, and in multiple forms.
Where does sea buckthorn come from?
Sea buckthorn has a lengthy history of use in medicine across the world, dating back thousands of years. For example, the ancient Greeks used it to treat a plethora of various health issues.
