Saniderm’s Shipping and Return Policy
Orders must be placed before 12:00 p.m. MST on regular business days to provide the best chance of meeting the carriers estimated shipping times.
All orders placed after 12:00 p.m. MST on regular business days and all orders placed on weekends or holidays may require an additional 1-2 full business days for processing. Please select shipping options accordingly. Saniderm is not responsible for any shipping delays that arise from the 3rd party carrier services selected.
For returns: Please email [email protected] with your order number, name, phone number, and reason for requesting the return. Our support team will respond, and if the return is approved, they will include an RMA number. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box and include the original packing slip inside of the box to ensure your return is appropriately credited. Returns are to be shipped to this address:

Once an authorized return product is received by Saniderm a refund will be issued to the source where the payment originated within 3-5 business days. The time frame in which the payment will be received may be longer depending on your financial institution.
Please make sure your address is correct. If a package is destroyed by the shipping carrier due to insufficient address information, we will not reimburse or refund the purchase.
GUARANTEE TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless Saniderm determines that the product delivered was different than the product ordered, or if the product was received in an unusable condition.
If you return product to Saniderm without contacting customer service prior to the return and receiving an RMA#, Saniderm retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or refuse replacement or refund.
